I purchased a car stereo from kenwood. It cost £1000. Honestly the customer care from them is the worst I have ever experienced in my life! This app is utterly useless and should be completely redesigned. I would expect much more from a reputable brand like kenwood. Kenwood!! Sort your game out!!

App constantly crashes when trying to upload photos and won't connect to head unit. It's sad you spend 1000 dollars plus on a head unit and can't access the features you paid for . When will this issue be resolved? Can you update and fix the app already geez. Every post is telling the app has been bugged and you still haven't fixed it .

For everyone saying to ignore The 1 star posts? If the app is easy to use? How about sharing how to pair the app to the head unit? Customer support doesn't know, and I've verified that it's compatible with head unit. But getting it to connect seems to be a big kenwood secret
